Added information about accounts with arrests/blockades

• In the "Accounts and Limits" menu, accounts with arrests/blockades are marked in red. Clicking on a red-marked account will open a new section "Arrest/Blockade" on the detailed information page, displaying the amount of the imposed arrest.

Added new sections:

• Actual Payer section (optional)
• Actual Receiver section (optional)
• Type of Payer/Receiver Identification section

Legal Entity

• • EDRPOU Code - standard identifier for legal entities, fill in the EDRPOU/TIN field according to the recipient's details.
• • RNPP (taxpayer registration number) - this identification number is assigned by controlling authorities for non-residents: companies and organizations formed in accordance with the laws of other countries. Additionally, there is an option to fill in the "Location" fields (not mandatory) (country code, region, district, locality, street, house, apartment, zip code).
• • Unassigned Code - legal entities without an EDRPOU code, leave the EDRPOU/TIN field blank, and by default, it will display 9 zeros. Additionally, there is an option to fill in the "Location" fields (not mandatory) (country code, region, district, locality, street, house, apartment, zip code).

Individual/Individual Entrepreneur

• • RNOCKPP (registration number of the taxpayer's account card) - TIN code used to identify individuals and individual entrepreneurs;
• • Passport - identification type used if the recipient does not have an RNOCKPP code. Fill in the EDRPOU/TIN field with passport details (series and number) or the ID card number. Additionally, there is an option to fill in the "Location" fields (not mandatory) (country code, region, district, locality, street, house, apartment, zip code).
• • Other Document - series (if available) and number of another document proving identity and may be used for transactions within Ukraine in accordance with Ukrainian legislation. Additionally, there is an option to fill in the "Location" fields (not mandatory) (country code, region, district, locality, street, house, apartment, zip code).

Updated "Budget" section for specifying the purpose of the payment in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Finance Order No. 148 dated March 22, 2023

• Please note that to create payments to the budget, you should use only the fields in the "Budget" section. If you enter information directly in the "Payment Purpose" field without filling in the data through the "Budget" section, the payment will be rejected.

Added the ability to display the full payment purpose in the payment registry

• A button has been added to the page to show/hide the full text of the payment purpose field. In the hidden state, only 160 characters are displayed.

Added marking of "Rejected" payments in red.

• Payments with the status "Rejected" are displayed in red to help visually distinguish "rejected" payments in the general payment registry.

According to the requirements of Order No. 148 dated March 22, 2023, a new XML format file pain.001 is exclusively used for sending payments to the budget. This format ensures correct structured payment purposes for budget payments. Note: Old import formats are still valid only for regular transfers (non-budget).

Payments with the status "Rejected" are displayed in red to help visually distinguish "rejected" payments in the general payment registry.

To download a list of accounts in XLS format, go to "Salary -> Payroll Project -> select Project" and click "Save to file."

When saving a payment template with the same data, the client will receive a message that such a template already exists.

In accordance with the requirements of the Fund for Guaranteeing Deposits of Individuals for account statements in individual entrepreneur (FOP) accounts, a corresponding note has been added.

In the "Statement" section, the "Select All Accounts" button has been added

• To generate a statement for all accounts, a checkbox has been added for simultaneous selection of all accounts. The checkbox allows both selecting all accounts and removing the mark from accounts that were previously marked.

When adding an attachment to a letter with a file name exceeding 84 characters, the client will receive a corresponding error.

A new field with information about the key certificate's expiration period for document signing has been added to the "Settings" menu.

Changes in the system as a whole

• Changing the name of the system from MTB-B to MTB Bussines (the name will be changed both in the web application and in the mobile application);
• Redesign of the system – the MTB Bussines system will completely change the color design and logo, in accordance with the requirements of the bank's new brand book;
• Support for work with the NBU Electronic Payments System of the new generation - SEP-4 (according to the international standard ISO 20022).

• We remind you that, in accordance with the requirements of SEP 4, the size of the following fields on the form for creating a payment instruction has increased:

  name of the Recipient – 140 characters

  Identification code / EDRPOU of the recipient – 35 characters

  Payment destination – 420 characters;

• A new filter has been added to the "Sender" and "Recipient" fields in the "Payments in national currency" section, which allows you to filter payments on several accounts at the same time.
• The new filter is located:

  on the "All documents" tab: the "Sender" field and the "Recipient" field

  on the "Unsigned/Expenditure" tab: the "Sender" field

  on the "Profit" tab: the "Recipient" field;

• On the "Awaiting OTR-confirmation" tab - added the possibility for the user to select a period for displaying payments (previously, payments for the current banking day were displayed for confirmation only);

• Changes in the printed form of the statement "Extended statement (landscape form)" - from now on, it does not display non-informative data (for example, the symbol "/" in the account number field and the bank name field, zero equivalent).

Amendments to the whole system

• MultiKeys module is implemented – it provides the ability to register in the system of the client's own QDS (received in any AKCC), to log in and sign payment documents;
• QDS - Qualified Digital Signature
• AKCC - Accredited Key Certification Center

• Payment documents that are not signed by the user are no longer automatically deleted after 30 days. The user must control the deletion of unsigned documents individually;
• The ability to sort the "Sender" and "Recipient" columns by the EDRPOU value has been added in the Register of payments in the national currency (Previously, it was sorted only by name);

• An issue has been fixed on creating a currency purchase request when entering an incorrect contract number in the "Payment Purpose" field;

• It has been implemented an automatic saving of the main parameters set by the user when generating a statement, so that you don't have to configure these parameters again each time;

• The ability to create payment templates in the national currency is added;

Amendments to the whole system

• The left indent has been increased to 30 mm for the convenience of filing printed forms of documents,;/li>
• Full-screen view of documents for printing in the system interface;
• The option to import documents in CSV format in the "AutoClinet" Win-application is added.

• The list of invoices in a tabular form with the ability to sort, filter and print them according to the necessary data in any way is upgraded ;

Amendments to the whole system

• The "Easy login" button that is not used is disabled;
• Display the FCC (Multi-client) name or title under the user's Login.

• Rename the "Accounts" section to "Accounts and Limits" to understand the location of the functionality "Limits and authorization”;
• It has been improved visual display of account balances on the "Accounts" page (added visibility of the Available balance on foreign currency accounts) and detailed account information has been added (Blocked amount – displays data from B2 / Holds tab);

• The ability to automatically calculate non-standard VAT (7.14%) in the “Payment purpose” field when creating payments;
• A bug-contextual search by IBAN in the recipient section has been fixed: the search is correctly performed on any 5 digits;
• Simultaneous display of more documents - the on-screen form of the Payment Register has been redesigned to simultaneous display (without scrolling) up to 8-11 payments on low-resolution screens.

• SWIFT in the on-screen form, when selecting BIC "A“ - now data is automatically displayed in the fields Bank Name, Country, Address, City for the specified BIC or fields ”Not necessary to fill in“ are marked up (previously these fields were empty);
• SWIFT in the on-screen form: a bug with a return to the previous menu by section name has been fixed;
• SWIFT in the printed form: the word “Resident” in Block 59 Recipient in hard copy has been removed and the correct name of the Bank in Block 52 Payer's Bank has been emended;
• A bug is fixed on all tabs: the filter date was lost when returning to the menu and back;
• A bug is fixed on the "Unsigned" tab: the total for one currency was displayed incorrectly.

• The employee profile has been restored: the "Restore employee" button is available after dismissing or deleting the profile.

• Centering the account on creating a statement when quickly navigating from the "Invoices" page to the statement creation form;
